per Executive Order No. 36 Seies of 2001: Provinces of South Cotabato
and Sarangani and Cities of General Santos and Koronadal (new
cityof South Cotabato),previously
from Region XI.

- SMR-10 granted minimum wage earners P20.00 daily minimum wage
increase plus P10.00 Provisional Emergency Relief Allowance (PERA)
for the cities of Cotabato, Kidapawan and Tacurong, and for the
provinces of North Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat payable as follows:
P10.00 effective Jan. 16, 2002 and P10.00 effective May 01, 2002.
The basic wage for the newly integrated areas ranged from P2-33
effected 01 May 2002. No wage increase was granted to non-agricultural
sector and retail / service establishments employing more than
10 workers in General Santos City.The wage rates in
said sectors remain at P170.

- RTWPB XI-08 granted P12.00 daily minimum wage increase effective
01 November 2000 and additional
P10.00 effective 01 May 2001 COLA of P10.00 under WO RTWPB XI-06
shall continue to be given.
