Granted P12.00 COLA to all workers receiving up to P210.00 payable as follows: P5 effective 23 Feb. 2002 and P7 effective 01 May 2002. In Iligan City and Lanao del Norte, only those receiving daily basic pay are entitled to said COLA.

* Integrated P7.00 COLA under Wage Order No. RX-08 for areas previously covered in the region and PERA of P10.00 under Wage Order No. CMR-09 Region XII for newly intergrated areas in the region (Iligan and Lanao del Norte) per Executive Order No. 36 series of 2001

* Granted basic wage adjustment of newly created areas, Iligan City and Lanao del Norte ranges from P3-P20 payable in two tranches, I..e. 23 February 2002 and 01 Jan. 2003.

* Provided P2.00 wage adjustment for all cities formerly under Class B of WO No. RX-08
